You surely remember cartoons or episodes from the cartoons that you watched as a kid. But the ones you remember are the ones which you probably saw more than once. To remember stuff we do have our memory, right? But it's not enough! So the concept of Repetition comes to light. When we were kids, we were made to repeat stuff to make us learn. For example, tables, alphabets, etc. That's how our mind functions. Repetition makes us memorize stuff. Repetition is how we were taught ALMOST EVERYTHING. For instance, the Pythagoras theorem was taught for almost 4 years. The figure of speech and parts of speech is taught for more than 7 years (starting from 5 th grade till as late as 12 th grade).
