You are passionate about something, you have got a vision and you can see yourself being successful at it, that’s the exact unfortunate time when people hop in. Now they might not have the same vision or the same perspective. And most of the time they’ll be stubborn and try to not understand your perspective. Or they are not that open-minded enough to understand it. And trust me; such people don’t want to be wrong so they’ll try their best to talk you out of it. They bring in pessimism because if you notice they’ll mostly tell you all the drawbacks and the negative points if you choose to go down that path you envision. They question everything you have planned and then answer it themselves by considering the most “realistic view” of it and eventually get you all demotivated.   So when you have goals just keep them to yourself.               If you want to get something or someone, you have to work for it, right? But what has got everyone wrong is that no matter what happens you just have to work hard through it. Suffer, do underpaying jobs, work multiple shifts, exhaust yourself, wake up at 4 am and what not!           Just because you are suffering doesn’t mean you are going to be successful. And you don’t have to work at an underpaying job, know your worth and stand firm by it. You can wake up at 7am or 9am and still have a healthy routine. And if it is about a person, chasing is definitely something you should avoid. Being too nice, saying a few lies, or chasing them to choose you, isn’t going to work. You have to know that not every time is a time for chasing. Sometimes, in fact, these days most of the time, it’s just a trade.      Life is like a puzzle and everyone’s got a different one. Some get a maze; some get a jigsaw; while a few others get a crossword. And you have to understand that they are different puzzles and they need to be solved in their own different and unique way.        Sometimes it just happens to be that most of us don’t know what puzzle we have got, but we have to try using different methods of solving a puzzle to understand the type of puzzle we have got ourselves. Some figure it out quickly and while others might need multiple attempts to know what their puzzle is actually like. And unless you know the type of your puzzle you can’t get the solution. So to know your puzzle, to get clarity, and to understand what you are made for, you have to keep trying new things and exploring different fields until you find what suits you. Let’s say you got an XYZ problem. Do you know the solution? Yes? Well and good. Write it down and work on it. Problem solved. It’s easy as that. Now let’s say you have an (XYZ) 2 problem and you got no solution and with time the frustration is just growing. And it keeps on growing if you keep it that way. So what to do in such situations? It’s easy. (Everything is easy, people complicate it.) All you have to do is first clear your mind (meditate for a few minutes or any other thing that’ll help you.) Next, get a piece of paper and brainstorm; on the solution & not the problem. There’s a very thin line in between, so stay alert. Now, the solution could be good, bad, worse, very bad or very good. It doesn’t matter, put everything down on paper. Once you are done with your 15-30 mins of brainstorming, STOP .
